Yasmin Aguilar

Yasmin is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over eleven years of nursing experience. As a Spanish-speaking provider, she believes everyone deserves access to quality mental healthcare and am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment in a safe, nonjudgmental environment.

She began her nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse and advanced to her current role through years of diverse clinical experience. Yasmin earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University and her Master’s degree from the University of St. Francis. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including inpatient psychiatry, ICU, long-term care, telemetry, and cardiology, which allows her to effectively treat individuals with co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions.

Yasmin is passionate about working with diverse and vulnerable populations and take a collaborative, individualized approach to care. Her goal is to help clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.
