As a compassionate and non-judgmental therapist, I am dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive space for individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and all age groups. I am a multilingual Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked with individuals, couples, and families, having provided services in English, Hungarian, and Spanish in various settings. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University, where I focused on understanding the unique challenges faced by people across various life stages.

My multicultural competence allows me to appreciate and respect the diverse experiences and perspectives that each client brings into the therapeutic setting.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, addressing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I employ an integrative therapeutic approach, tailoring evidence-based techniques to meet the individual needs of each client.

My goal is to empower clients to navigate their personal journeys with confidence and resilience. I believe in fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship, where clients feel heard, valued, and supported as they work towards achieving their mental health goals.
