Areas of expertise include working with children, adolescents, and adults to provide support around life changes while developing healthy coping skills. Providing psychotherapeutic interventions around anxiety and depression while managing day-to-day stressors are areas that Jennifer focuses on.

Jennifer’s extensive experience as a school social worker has allowed her to support individuals and their families who receive special education services and empower the family to navigate the challenges that may occur in a school setting. This experience has provided her with the ability to engage families in how to best support their child within their home and create and work toward long-term goals to transition successfully into adulthood. Navigating parenting, as well as adult transitions, can be difficult and require support. Jennifer is truly honored to walk alongside clients as they embark on the journey of the therapeutic process with a lens of curiosity and respect.
