For 25 years, CCS has offered trusted mental health care to people and families across Chicago. Moreover, this milestone highlights a strong commitment to hope, healing, and community well-being.

25 Years of Care and Hope

CCS began in 2000 as a small private practice. Over the years, it has grown into a leading mental health provider.
